Nerd Radio

In 2009, Adobe released two new products as limited public alphas: Flash Builder and Flash Catalyst. Since not everyone had access to the products Leif Wells, Stacey Mulcahy, Zach Stepek, and I started a podcast, called The Summer of Flash. The initial goal of the podcast was to share information on these projects with the community.

After the Summer of Flash, the hosts decided to rebrand the podcast and continue recording interviews as RIA Radio. We were also asked to set up a recording booth at Adobe MAX to interview members of the Adobe Team and the community.

Three years later the podcast has been rebranded for a second time as Nerd Radio. One benefit of the new name is that it allows us to discuss a broader spectrum of topics. We have continued to cover Adobe MAX, as well as other conferences like Flash and the City and 360|Flex.

Nerd Radio is hosted by Leif Wells and myself, and produced by Brad Feuerstein.
